Link quantity is not the factor its the quality. The methods which you have said are not considered now-a-days as for getting quality links. Try to get textual links from relevant pages. Have you tried guest posting. The links from the guest posts (the content and author's bio) are of much importance.

And what about content? Did you conceptualize the content for these keywords?
Linking is not the only thing for better ranking.

You might need to check quality of content and competition of keywords.

No, they are not. The phrase you're looking for is something like this:
"The sites I'm posting on have front-pages that had high Pagerank according to data that is two years out of date."

Did you get a "followed" backlink on that front page? Of course you didn't. Your links are sitting on new weak pages or a page that has a lot of links, and many of them are probably nofollow.

Posting your keywords on a forum such as this in attempt to get backlinks doesn't help either.

Instead of large volume of low-quality links try to concentrate on getting a few links that actually help.

I took a tiny sample of the keywords and looked at your competition

    the keyword group is

    fleet management solutions

Looks like you have very little competition competing for this small group of keywords
so I don't think it is who your competing against the profile is good for finding easy to rank keywords

So you must be tipping your hat to Google about something your doing wrong

It might be you flooding too many links UN-naturally from what your showing
    700 backlinks weekly

Blog posting can help you to improve your keyword ranking, for this use eye catching titles, provide informative and good quality content, use your keyword within the content in perfect ratio, that is keyword density must be 1-2%.

Well, yes. If you get someone to backlink your posts.

This wasn't that important even back in the day, but it's certainly not going to help today. Google will semantically parse the article and try to "understand" what you're talking about. Content from strong sites ranks all the time without even mentioning the keyword.

you don't need to submit 700 backlinks weekly... Instead of that add a blog page for your website and promote contents with keywords..Do relevant link building with high DA and PA and also do perfect onpage
