Getting google to crawl sites more frequently

Hi All,

I have some small sites I blog on, but I'm noticing google is very slow to list the latest posts in its search engines.

Is there anyway to get google to list new pages quicker?

For the sites I post about once a week, however the kind of info I post is usually only relevant for a week, so ideally the pages would be getting indexed within 24 hours.

Does pingomatic work for this? Or anything else? Posting to facebook/twitter perhaps?

Thanks, Phil

Thanks will take a look at pingmyurl. I did look at the fetch option. Just thought something might automate this. I think this is limited to 10 posts also.

I also had a sample problem with you. I tried to use Fetch as Google,, Google Submit URL. But Google still hasn't update my blog's page after 5 days. Are you any other way?
