    you have copy your site Meta tags before transfer the site, to update them on new site again.

    You need to be more specific, are you changing the actual domain name for your Wordpress website, OR, are you moving your wordpress website and CURRENT domain to a new web hosting provider?

    If you are moving to a whole new domain you should use 301 redirects which tell Google that it needs to rank a different page. If you are simply just moving to a new web hosting provider use a plugin such as Backupbuddy, you wont lose rankings. (you can transfer without downtime)
