Should I redirect pages that don't have any backlinks?

I'm re-doing site architecture for a website with approximately 130 pages, but...

Only 10-15 of them have any backlinks pointing to them.

What's the best move here?

Should I just delete those pages and redirect a few of the important pages?

    Honestly I would still 301 them just so there is no chance of ever having 404 errors popup during user experiences. Just my 2.5 cents

    Deleting those pages won't be necessary. Just 301 redirect them to the new pages.

        Nope. Not at all bad. As long as they are redirecting to any meaningful and relevant page.

          You can just redirect them somewhere- if they have no backlinks then these redirects have no chance of "penalizing" the recipient page.
