SEO Elite 4 not working - sporadic results

For the past 3 weeks SEO Elite 4 has been up and running but the results are only about 20% accurate if you manually check them. And i don't mean off by 1 or 2, some keywords are ranked #1 on Google and showing as 'not found' on SEO Elite. I've put in numerous tickets with the only response being 'the software is being update'. FOR 3 WEEKS. anyone else experiencing this?

    I would get a refund, that software is ancient.
