For link building can I use the same description and title, keywords available in the website or should I use different?

Using different title and description is the best method to expand your main site's influence in the field because its the way of reaching your target audience.

Since you're person with a certain areas have expertise, therefore you should use a title and description that describes your work or service details easily. However to use the title and description in different works just tweak the words here and there. It'll do the work.

Good question. If you use the same description and keywords at every place. Then, Google will never rank your site up because of same description. You have to use description and keywords according to the place where you're building links.

Different title and description will help you to make it looking natural. Copy/paste strategies never work.

Heterogeneity is king, and the sooner you realise that, the better will be.

Keywords are common for every activity you perform, what changes is the surrounding content, the way your write it, the tense, etc.

    I hope this answer helps!
