A Quick Question - Should I Just Re-open My Website?

Hello,
I have a website that I did not update for over 6 month now.
It contains about 400 posts, 350 of them are low-quality, less
than 300 words
. All posts combined receive about 400 visitors
a day
.

I'm looking to "re-open" the website. So I have 2 options :

1. Delete (410 header) 350 posts, and start posting high-quality
posts daily.
2. Close the website (301 redirect) and open a new website,
where I will post high-quality posts daily.

What should I do ? If I delete all low-quality posts and start
updating the website regularly with high-quality content - will
Google "change it's mind" about the website?

Thanks !

I think you can restart it. Just give a restart.

By restart you mean deleting 350 posts?

All these 350 posts I want to delete are not relevant any more. They need to be deleted.

Therefore, My question is - should I delete them and continue updating the website, or should I delete this website and start a new fresh one (only with high quality posts).
