Creating Link building Blog Network on paid domains for Client's site..

I'm actually SEO professional and working for many clients around the world. I got clients who are having business in various different industry i.e. transport, game and few eCommerce site selling sports apparels, outdoor gear and home appliances.

Every time I get new client, I had to build separate web 2.0 properties (blogs) for individual clients which is very time consuming (it's solely for link building and content marketing purpose). It's also a part of my link building strategy for my clients sites.

To reduce the time consumption, I'm planning to buy few new domains, set up blogs which will cover many different niches like I mentioned above and publish contents on them (of course with appropriate category and tags). I'll also do SEO for these blogs to make them authority sites.

Now my question is, if I invest in such blogs like buying domains and hosting, are the links from these blogs to my clients sites pass any good value?

I'm confused because I'm planning to cover many niches in one blog. Is covering many topics make the blog site as spam site? I also found many blogs over the internet with real high Page Rank but covering many topics too.

Do you guys have any suggestion for me in this regard?

Thanks in advance for your response.

So basically you want to build a PBN to build links for your clients.

Plenty of SEO'ers already do this. Whether or not Google likes it is really decided by just how spammy your blogs are. If your blogs have decent content then there is really nothing wrong with it.

Despite Google attempting to shut down PBN's, they are still probably one of the most effective methods of SEO, if you build it safely.

Exactly! PBNs can work very well if you put in the time to put real content on them. It doesn't have to be super high quality, but if it's garbaldy-gook, kyword stuffing, and/or irrelevant, then you're making a worthless PBN.

I would like to know, if I should stick to a fixed niche or I can cover multiple niche?

Of course I'll make the quality of the blogs as per Google webmaster guideline.

Yes, you can say it kind of PBN, but not only for one target site. And of course, I take all the measures not to make it spammy like use unique and quality contents, no keyword stuffing, no side banners for advertising, no links from footer and all are well connected with the social platforms.

And I also do SEO for this blogs to make it authority sites. Only thing I'm concerned that, I'll cover many topics in this blog e.g. transport, travel, game, product review and few more.

But, I'm little bit confused that if I build first layer links for my clients sites, is it carry value to their site or Google will consider it as spam link?

NOTE: Published contents on these blogs will also be used on clients social media channels for content marketing and build brand reputation.

My suggestion is buy a domain and create a web blog page, start post the blogs related to categories wise then you can cover all clients blogs related to every sector at one place by this your blog also will get the black link and traffic.

I'm exactly doing the same as you mentioned. But, confused if Google see these blogs in suspicious eye and treat the links from these blogs to my client's sites as SPAM.

  • yes but it's not like it will automatically be a good network if you just get the domains and slap some content on them. You have to actually do good seo for those before it will have any impact on your links. It's a good idea and iv'e been doing this for awhile and don't regret it one bit. Since you are well versed in SEO then you must have patience because this does take TIME.
