My PBN got de-indexed and I linked a throw away Gmail Webmaster Tools account to it and it is not showing any issues as to why it got de-indexed:

Has anyone else had an issue where their PBN was de-indexed but Google Webmaster Tools did not say why?

Any ideas/suggestions on what I can do to re-index my PBN - I imagine since there is no manual penalty it could still be salvaged in some way?

Google does not send out a message every time they deindex something.

If you want to get the sites indexed again, you need to figure out why it likely got deindexed in the first place. The most likely culprit is the webhost. Check the servers your sites are on. Find other domains hosted on the same server and see if they are deindexed too. If you see that a lot of them got hit, then you likely were targeted because of the host. Move the site to a new host and try again.

If your site is an obvious network site, then you could have been hit manually or by an algorithm. If you used the common Wordpress setup with 10 posts on the homepage, links in every or nearly every post, no custom headers, lots of varied topics, etc, then that is probably why you got hit. Redesign the sites into something useful and point some links at them. See what happens.

      Thanks Mike!

Will do that now - I had outsourced the PBN building to an outsourcer - when I rebuild the PBN I will make it myself.
