It seems that you are using Google Translate.
Anyway, Just writing content on a weekly basis is not enough to get traffic but you must consider your audience first and analyze their needs and expectations so that you can create story that is new and interesting for the users.

Traffic is key to having success with an online web based business, without it, your nothing..there are many ways of getting traffic...Would suggest seo, optimize your website for search engines as well as keeping your website human friendly also.

Use google keyword tool to see what keywords have alright monthly traffic as well as low competition..once you find one make a blog post about that keyword...promote that blog post through social media this gives your blog post backlinks as well as traffic...

Eventually that blog post will rank for the keyword you targeted, This is just an example of a way you can target keywords...

The other way is targeting your homepage for 1 main keyword and then making blog post for other keywords that are associated with the main one you picked...

This is enough but if you more early traffic than you should go for PPC it gives you traffic earlier but SEO is give you long time result.
