This is probably question for SEO 101.
I'm just not sure if I should post it here or in programming section.
I'm sure it was asked many times before and hopefully already answered and somebody can point me to right solution .

How can I monitor position of my sites in google?
I have many sites and many keywords doing that by hand is quite daunting task .

Let's say I have a site "nypancakes.com" and I want to check how am I performing
on keyword "best pancakes in NY".

So I imagine I can just add a site and keywords to such monitoring system,
and it will scrape google results and put into report just what I need
which is position and changes in time .

Do you know a software or a service that will do such thing ?
