I am bit confuse with these google updates, Can any one help me. Is this blog commenting google considers or it is waste of time and also anybody suggest what google considers for search engine to rank.

    Yes blog commenting with backlinks are valuable and google consider it but your comments should be with quality and you should write spam comments to give them value.
