High page rank yet site is not indexable?

You actually have no idea what the PageRank is. Google has not released PageRank data publicly in over 2 years.

Thank you. I was using seo doctor and it showed Google Pagerank. I guess that is old. Is SEO Doctor a good tool?

  SEO Doctor is not as mcuh a big name. So in-spite of that go for some big name. Like woorank, gtmetrix etc. They all are free and give you better suggestions. or send me your website name, I will send you more specific details.

Hi Owe, 1st check your website may be having no-index command in code. So may be the reason why your website is not showing indexed. or may be your website got penalized by Google penality (check it in your Google Webmaster Panel). So you need to check these two basic things from end. If after doing these basic analysis if you are not able to get solution. Then please mention your website name in the reply. I will check the reason and then I will suggest you the solution. Thanks, Abhishek

Wat you talkin bout Willis? SEO tools?

Either the site has pages indexed on the SERPs or not, check the SERPs, not some 3rd party tool that was never owned by Google.

I have seen many websites that have more than 5 pagerank. But these are not actual pagerank. So please check the actual pagerank using a fake pagerank checker. Also avoid these sites to get backlinks.

Yes, I am also agree with ashis, there are many sites who have very good page rank but in acctual when you will check though some fake pagerank checks like: http://www.seomastering.com/fake-pagerank-checker.php, http://icheckrank.com/fake-rank-checker.php etc. Then you will relize their acctual page rank is not that. So if you are facing the same problem. Then go to your Google Webmaster, From their you can download your backlinks sheet And check those backlinks manually that those backlinks are right or wrong, may be they can be bot. If you are feeling those websites are not right then create those bad backlinks list and upload them through disavow tool. And start creating good backlinks for your website. And I am sure after few days you will some changes in PR and Traffic.

Pagerank hasn't been updated for two years as others have pointed out, so the scores are totally useless at this point. Also, it was commonly faked back in the day.

Also, Pagerank comes from backlinks. Theoretically you could have high pagerank even if you asked Google to not index your site. It's pretty much impossible for us to say anything about the reasons why your site wouldn't be indexed, but usually it's something in robots.txt or page head. It's also very common for people to say "not indexed" when their site is just not ranking.

That's just another BS tool. There's no actual updated Pagerank available, and this is a deceptively named 3rd party estimation. Just grab a honest 3rd party metric if you want to stare some numbers.

And why would this be? It's very unlikely that Google would ever update PR. If OP has asked Google not to index his site, he's probably not going to get much traffic from the search engine.

I'll translate: some site owners fake PR numbers...

Then, they sell high PR backlink packages on Fiverr, no doubt.

Speaking of Fiverr, given inflation, shouldn't Fiverr become Sixerr by now? Rolls off the tongue just as easily and can easily be used to sell crappy SEO packages too.

  One of the things about this site is that it has initials for the url that are fully spelled out in words on the serp. Example the serp title tage is world trans airlines but in the url it is www.twa.com

  This is a pretty strange reply from someone who's not the OP.
  
  Maybe the tools got it wrong, maybe they didn't. It's usually pretty easy to see if there's something obviously wrong with the site. If you can find the site with site: operator or just the URL then congrats, your site is indexed.
