A quick question about my traffic

I have a website up and running for 3 months now but only started added content from the 7 December with 20 posts. My question is about my statistics: page views 4300, sessions 1160, users 533, page views / sessions 3.69, average duration 00:05:46, new sessions 45.75, organic 53, bounce rate 57.17%.
Is this statistics that I have bad and if so how can I improve upon this. I do have a few pages ranking on the first, second and third SERP, and a few way down like in the 50 to 80 SERP. My website is techspotsolutions.com and I know that this is a really tough niche but I like to make this work.
Any help will be much appreciated.
