major spam penalty

Hello,today i got penalized by 5 website
for major spam, but didn't any backlinks yet
how to solve it?

  • What are the URLs? and what is the exact spam penalty message?

    Generally it means your sites suck and Google wants it removed from the index as no searcher would be happy with the site in their search results.
  • What kind of spam? Is your content garbage, or are you talking about something else?

    Generally speaking it's fairly straightforward to correct these issues. Note that I didn't say "easy". It's probably a lot of work, but it's not rocket science to fix your crap content or disavow spam links.

    • You can't have a solid picture of the situation, so this kind of blanket advice is just stupid. If your approach is this crude I sincerely hope that you're not offering SEO services to anyone.

      Are there situations that would warrant a complete restart? Yes, but it's not very likely that OP is dealing with such an extreme scenario.

      Why on earth would OP have to change hosts? The most likely scenario is that he/she is on a generic web host.
