when fresh blog posted in Google and after disappear in Google? why?

Last 14th Feb I posted new blog and I put this link on Google fetch from Google webmaster tool then submitted then it appeared on Google but after one week then now disappear blog on Google! How solve? I need appear???

    Coz, it may be content low quality content. Do you use unique and readable content?

    Then Google looked over all you had made, and saw that it wasn't good.

    It's possible that the page just appeared to rank because of personalized search results. It's also possible that Google placed the page at some random place, saw that it wasn't warranted, and dropped it. Or maybe you got a small boost for the article because it was new.
