How to keep company websites stay ranked on search engines?

Hey guys, so I posted a thread a day ago about SEO companies over-charging for the limited amount of work they do (some at least, not all).

Okay, so my next question is, how do companies keep their websites from staying on top when it is general information that never needs to be changed. We have a project website for a real estate company that we have on the first page of Google, we really do not want to make any changes whatsoever on that page, but how do we stop it from being ranked lower or off the first page.

    At first pay attention to the onpage SEO which is most important but most people ignore it and get zero result on SEO. If everything is ok on onpage, then create quality niche relevant backlinks from high PR and high PA-DA sites, your site will never lose its position.

    you should do SEO,SMO,PPC for your website. all are most important for getting a traffic and page rank for your business or site. i would say also content marketing are best way for stay page rank on result .

    You have to keep your keyword researching and doing acklinks more and more with social promotions. All you need is to do is you have to do some promotions for your site. Obviously focus on your ON Page SEO and drive some traffics from backlinks too.
