Went through your site, it doesn't look search engine optimized. First do keyword research related to your posts using keyword planner, sort out the ones with high search volume then start optimizing your posts.

Also you do need to work on the site's appearance. Better free themes are available find one for your site.

Do you have social media accounts?

Have you set up in Search Console? Sitemaps?

    Have you considered hiring contributors?

It does need a better theme, it looks a bit outdated, especially with all the archives stuff in the sidebar.

    I see the site...

He's that 34% of small businesses that fail in the first year.

I need new glasses after looking at that site. Mine kinda cracked.

Way too much clutter going on.

Where is the white space? Where is the direction and clarity?

Further then I got, doesn't load for me.

      Edit: got it.

To me it seems like you are an enthusiast of stuffing your site full of ads.

I doubt you have any traffic so there's no point in monetizing nothing.

I think you need to spend some serious time improving the user experience and quality of just about everything on that site. I doubt you're going to, but it just looks like an ad farm with a bunch of spam content.

Also, you ripped off SOCIAL MEDIA/ SMM TRENDS AND IN DEPTH - techpaSSenger from Social Media Marketing Trends | Ace Blog and I hope Google deindexes your site.

I'm actually emailing ace about that now and I highly suggest you just delete the site.

Delete everything, start over, try not being a scum bag this time.

It doesn't deserve any traffic; it is poorly written junk with an appalling use of English grammar. Fix that first.

First of all make your each post Seo friendly and link each post with each other. Join communities on Facebook, G+, LinkedIn etc share your post and engage with other group members.

Join industry forum and engage with others in the forum to make loyal fans.
Find influencers and make good connections with them so that they can share your content.

Follow these tips and let me know about the results.

The content is poorly written. You'd find more interesting stories in a pack of cheap PLR articles. The topics are random. The theme is hideous, and the ads are nauseating. And you're trying to enter one of the most crowded niches using the most popular language on the internet.

I'm not trying to be rude, but maybe this isn't the right thing for you. Not everyone can be a successful publisher. If you want to to take another shot perhaps try it in your native language, and choose a niche that isn't already dominated by dozens of established players.
