Strategy suggestion ?

Hi everyone,
I have just launched http://tech2b.net for 2 weeks and just start to learn SEO. I joined some Aff programs and trying to bring up my website on Software niche. Could you please suggest a SEO strategy ?

    I would trash the whole site and start over. It does not matter if that site ever ranks for anything or not. Nobody is going to follow any of your links.

    Hire someone that can actually write English to write the content.

      Thank you for your feedback but could you please suggest more details ? My understanding is that you mention the content quality is not good enough. You are right because the articles are from the local writer who is in university and isn't an English native speaker. Btw, could you please comment which points are not quality or/and what things the content should focus ?

        I looked at 3 articles. They all need completely re-written by someone who can write English well.
