      This is so simple. Go and press *Ctrl+U* on the forum which you want to know if it's nofollow or dofollow.

      And then check it with "ctrl+f" if it's nofollow or dofollow.

    most of forum is nofollow links. and forum backlinks is one of many way to seo. just don't care about it because i read on ahrefs, forum links is not work anymore

    You should use footprints to search out forums according to your niche. As far as nofollow/dofollow is concerned. You will have to check by yourself.

    There are many nofollow checker extensions and plug ins available out there.
