Adsense & PHP include

If I use a php include tag, and I have an adsense block in the include file, will this make it harder for google to know which keywords to target their ads too?

    As far as I understand it the php include itself will be invisible to the spider, which will then look to the content on the page to determine subject relevance and therefore which ad content to serve. So basically, I believe it all works just as a normal HTML page with adsense would.
