Whats the current thinking about hyphens in URLs?

I'm moving my site over to WP.

Is it better to set up the new pages as

www.URL.com/areyoucoachable/

or

www.URL/are-you-coachable?

Does it matter to the search engines? (hyphen or not)

Are there any other tips you'd give me as I recreate my current site?

You have to consider hyphens in your inner page URL structure, it will be the matter for search engines as well as it helps to improve your website on page quality.

The hyphen () is a punctuation mark used to join words and to separate syllables of a single word. The use of hyphens is called hyphenation.[1]

    I suggest using hypens.

I used to think that it doesn't matter that much, but a SEOer who'd done some testing argued for them very convincingly. So I'd suggest using them.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?
