SEO plan for this site?

Could you look at the following site for me:

Kays K-9 Kutz - Dog Grooming

What would you do for $20 wholesale to give it a good boost in Google?

Also, what would be a good monthly plan spending $20 per month, to get it into the first page of Google?

  • If I was a contractor $20 would not even cover the initial inspection, or drafting an offer for the work. You do realize that these "free" things are in the price, right? $20 per month would be around 15 min of work per month, and I suspect prices are similar in Europe and US. Maybe someone in India can work for couple of hours. Would that help? Well, if the vendor was doing only the right things then maybe eventually...

    The site is a mess. This should be pretty obvious, since there's lorem ipsum on the front page. It's nowhere near a site that could rank well. It's not much better on the SEO side. For example, there's a ton of h1 on the front page, and the links to services don't make any sense.

    You know, I did more than $20 worth of work just by writing this post. You're welcome.
