I feel like all of this is not doing anything and my client cannot find mt site though the search engine. I even tried the seo service in "warrior for hire" like one years ago but I don't seem to see any improvement. I have no idea what to do now. Can someone please give me some suggestion?

Who told you that seo is dead, it is not dead. Ranking in Google is completely depend on your strategy. I dont know what strategy you are using, what keywords you are using? so it is quite hard to tell you anything.

Dude, this is not Craigslist. Post your advertisements to someplace else, and stop spamming your silly list to multiple threads.

And this list is not a good advertisement for you. The ones above are pure BS.

It's more than just URL of course. It's URL + Title + content (should be original) + backlinks + overall site without anything suspicious as well. Basically that's what White Hat SEO is. Any "tricks" are either very short-term by nature or even harmful.

Start your own thread, and try to post some information about your site, niche and activities.

What about backlinks? Do you have them? Do you have any strong ones? I'd bet that the answers are "errr" and "ehmm" from the examples of SEO that you gave here. I'd recommend trying Ahrefs or Majestic to see your situation.

First things first: stop believing the "fresh content" and "content is king" crowds. The former doesn't know jack, and the latter forgets a crucial step.

And that step is marketing. Try to push your good content to some services that may have readers for it. For example, Reddit or FB (ads). Note that you're not building backlinks, but trying to advertise and do outreach to get readers and eventually some backlinks from those readers.

To get ranking in search engines first make sure that you have done proper on page of your website because success of off page seo depends upon on page.
Do quality techniques and generate quality backlinks
Search your website related forums and do posting on that.
Like Nettiapin's point that start your own thread for business promotion.

Could you give us some more info? What's the search volume for the keywords you are targeting? For example, an example of what you think is a good blog article? If your niche is highly popular (=competitive) then you probably need a lot of backlinks, and I don't see you mentioning these at all.
