My New site's google ranking is not Stable

Hello, I have started an amazon niche website last month. I did everything from scratch. bought an aged non spammed domain. Now I can see in my webmaster some of my keywords are appearing in first page often. but the ranking is not stable. is there anything wrong with this? there are just 25 domains linking to my site and all are natural. I didn't even started link building for my keywords.

    Probably not. Google occasionally puts "fresh" content to the first page, but those rankings will not last for long. It'd count the positions that you can hold as your "stable" rankings.

    Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
    Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

      So can expect that those keywords can rank faster if I put some efforts? or these are appearing just for a Glance?
