Good afternoon all,
This is my very first post here and hope I'm accepted. Here is my problem: I have done much research and read many reviews on SEO Software. I am planning to start building websites for Home-Based & very Small Businesses. I am looking for a comprehensive SEO program I can start with that will provide the following:

1. Cost between $150 & $250 (total)
2. Manage moderate or unlimited number of websites
3. Will do all I need to get good ranking for my small businesses
4. Will not be too complicated (I'm still learning at 76 y/o
5. Will give me all I need without having to spend extra funds or monthly fees for anything

Whatever SEO's you all provide, I can look them up as I love reading. I know many if not all of you have expertise in the area I'm looking at which is great. Thank you for any comments or questions you may have.

Bob

I have used LinkEmperor.com in the past with good results. Their basic membership is within your budget, and the system is very easy to customise to your needs,

    best wishes,

    Jon.

Hello all and thank you for your response. I failed to mention that all of the HomeBased and small business websites/businesses will be Local. I will not do any international websites. Are there any SEO's that focus data on Local Businesses? Again, I don't want any SEO's that require monthly payments unless they are extremely small. It appears that most of the SEO's I've researched have a multitude of stuff and appear to be designed for Big Business. Maybe I won't offer SEO service getting started. It all seems to complicated. Thank you all so much.

Depending on what you actually mean there its practically impossible. At some point every training is going to involve using services that cost some money. Trackers for your customers ranking positions, link checking, keyword tools and even depending on what kind of SEO you do the cost of links either by services or by buying link space.

Hello again, I have no idea what you mean by "Training is going to involve using services that cost some money". I've seen several SEO's that cost less than $200 dollars TOTAL. However, since I am not familiar with what I will actual need in an SEO I can't make a choice. Several years ago, I had a SEO but can't recall the name. However, it came on a CD ($99) and no other costs, that I popped in my computer and tons of info was there. Again, I did not know what to do with it. I am not sure the company is still in business. Wish I could recall the name of that program. Finally, I will only be working with Local small businesses who would only be interested in customers located within 30 to 50 miles. There must be SEO's that cater to what my needs are? Thank you so much.

Thats why i said - depending on what you mean.

If you are referring to no more cost for the training then yes of course . However if you meant "without having to spend extra funds or monthly fees FOR ANYTHING" then you almost always find a good program suggesting tools that do have extra fees.

Its like web design training - sometimes that includes a bit of training on photoshop which as a separate program is not included in the course

. Wish I could recall the name of that program.
Just as well and I wouldn't bother myself remembering. SEO has changed enough that an old course would probably do more harm than good.
