Free site/tool to calculate site ranking beyond top 1000?

I've been busy backlinking and SEO optimizing a new niche site and long term I want to rank high for a specific keyword phrase(short term I'm ranking with lower competition phrases via articles and such). I really want to keep a track of my progress in terms of my ranking, but most sites/tools only tell you where your site ranks in the first few hundred results, and Market Samurai tells you the top 1000. I'm just wondering if there is anything out there that displays rankings outside of the top 1000?
