When ranking for services like lawn service, house painting, plumber, pest control, etc, what's the best keyword order? Would the keywords be:

lawn service [city]
lawn service [zip code]
[city] lawn service

Trying to figure out how to optimize my keywords for my local business niche. Thanks!
