Blog post cache problem

Hello Friends,

I write content for my company's blog and publish the post on daily basis. But my blog posts are taking a long time for getting indexed in Google SERP. When I submit my post in Google webmaster, then it gets indexed. I would really appreciate if anyone can point out my mistake.

For better understanding, I am sharing with you the company's blog URL http://enterprisemonkey.com.au/blog
Thanks.

    It's simple...

When you submitted your blog URLs to Webmaster Tools you told Google a webpage exist. The way to automate notifying Google a webpage exist is to have backlinks on webpages that are constantly reindexed (not necessarily followed backlinks in this case).

The way you find out If a webpage is constantly reindexed is to look at the Google cache, so, If a backlink webpage has an old date (not cache date) where the webmaster originally created content and you see todays date on the Google cache then you know Google is constantly reindexing that backlink page/URL.

So..., add your backlink to that very active backlink page. The more doors you create (backlinks on pages that are constantly reindexed) the more often Google will visit your own webpages/URLs & see you have new pages or new internal links pointing to new pages.

And just what company do you work for?

A company that needs a lame blog to go with a lame website?

I'm surprised the whole dang thing is not just deindexed.
