Your site's keywords are ranked instantly as soon Bots crawl it.
Now, where algo places your site, on top or page 10,000 depends on multiple conditions.

That is why some site ranked for the same keywords different than other and there is
nothing we can do about that but try to guess and to experiment using all sorts of tools.

  • It is a good way to increase ranking though it might take some time before real traffic sets in. You can also try curating your content online. IFTTT is a great tool to start with since you can lessen time spent on sharing content on all your web2.0 and social media accounts as the system does all these tasks for you. Goodluck!

Well I can't agree that google will rank your page as soon as they crawl.

If you submit your links to google or to some software which does this, google will crawl them in 24 hours lets say but ranks won't increase for a week. Why is that?

And how do you know what Google is doing and when and how?
What would stop Google to collect site's available information?

Or you don't believe that Google technologically capable to handle
simple task of collecting information about site in matter of minutes
      or maybe even seconds?

The truth is, no one knows what Google does and how but what
we do know that some sites come up in SERP in less than 24 hours.

I was putting links to the submiters and it was marked "crawled" but I didn't see any ranking increase. A week after it happend then.

Why some people say that 2-3 weeks until rankings increases?

Creating Web 2.0 properties is such an effective tool for ranking keyword and website.

Though it really takes time before you could really set a traffic.

But it could guarantee you a more accurate ranking than any other.

Yes Web 2.0's help with rankings, but only if they are valuable in terms of relevance, and if they are linked to (Tier 2 Links), otherwise they will just be a low-quality link.
