Question on Silo Structure

When using a silo structure, how do you set up the site if posts fit more than one category, or silos?

For example, consider a site that lets visitors find their perfect dog. They can sort by size and general intelligence.

I want to list two breeds: a Scottish Terrier that's small and smart, and a Labrador that's large and smart.

Does a silo structure work with this setup? Can I have the Scottie under two silos, small and smart, and the Lab under two silos, large and smart? If so, how do you set up the URLs?

  • Yeah you can have that.
Make your 'category' a page and include all the posts under that category on the category page.
    So for ex:

Homepage Links to Category Page ( via a 301 redirec url) and then that page will have all the posts enlisted under that category
This way you can have the perfect silo for your site.
I hope I was able to make you understand.

    Obviously use better/unique page titles.
