Duplicate Meta tag for configurable product

I work on an ecommerce website which contains products which differ by its size. We set this as configurable product with different SKUs at back end. But in Google webmaster gives duplicate Meta tag error for that product. How to fix it?

I'm not sure how your CMS works, but I don't see how this would be related to SKUs. Are you meta descriptions too similar?

Google Webmaster tools seems to occasionally make mistakes in this too. We've got a bunch of these. The texts are not even that close, but the they're for the same kind of product.
