If you want to get sitelinks then I will suggest that build backlinks to your sites sub-pages. Create importance for them. Otherwise, there is no manual procedure to achieve it.

Inbound followed authority links & silo site structure is how Mega Sitelinks is generated on Google SERPs.

There's two ways If all you want is regular Sitelinks on the SERPs that can be done by simply using on-page hashtag links (same page Sitelinks) or again by using a silo site structure (multiple internal page Sitelinks).

Not sure which links the OP is talking about.

There are links at the bottom, then a whole directory of sorts below.

My sites get the directory below, no hashtag targets on a page.

All pages are links off the main page.

        But forget the good answers.

This thread is a perfect example of nonsense.

Ever notice how real answers get buried by the other nonsense answers?

I can't even believe what other people wrote.

They have no clue as to what the OP is asking, let alone what they are doing.

I swear they must have multiple WF accounts, then spam answers to their own answers.

        Like this idiot:

Not only is that answer off-base, it makes no logical sense anyway.

Optimize a site by optimizing off site.

        That is rich.

Google Doesn’t Say How to Get Sitelinks. Google advises webmasters to build sites with clear navigation and a well-planned hierarchy of pages. These features may make a site more amenable to Google’s Sitelink analysis algorithms. - According to an article by Jonathan Hochman

You're correct on hierarchy & internal links but Google doesn't need to be specific on the details for Sitelinks, all you have to do is reverse engineer what's shown on the SERPs.

On-page hashtags are one way of generating regular Sitelinks.

    Hi Chickenjoy,

You don't technically have control over the links Google chooses but you can demote one in hopes that Google chooses another you consider more relevant:
