Building backlinks is an essential goal for every site to gain authority and traffic, but building backlinks for each new post is also an essential thing when you have to rank it for some particular keyword. I guess, getting backlinks from same forums each time doesn't helps much. How can I solve this problem of getting some good backlinks each time I post new articles.

Look into SEO silos & funneling authority into multiple internal pages. More bang for your buck & less external link building.

Internal links are also important, so
1). See if you can link from other posts
2). See if you can link from a menu or category page

After that, just try to promote the post to popular places like reddit - make sure to add LOTS of value so it will be shared and picked up naturally.

There are 2 possibly easy ideas to build backlinks in less time.
Comment geniunely on high PR sites having commentLuv. They are dofollow links. But don't SPAM as moderators will delete your comment.
I found a smartest technique to build comment links in a message board. This might be helpful
How to build non-spam comment backlinks from high PR sites quicker
2nd method is social bookmarking. Add your posts to all social sites giving dofollow backlinks using a tool like onlyWire or submit manuallly to all possible social bookmarking sites including reddit, stumbleupon, slashdot, technorati, newsvine, digg, delicious and google+.
There are other ways like guest posting or infographic SEO but they are very tough.

This is now some helpful info. I've tried guest posting and can say it's really time taking and a bit tough too until and unless you are an authority blog.

      1. Social Bookmarking takes a lot of time and works with already influential accounts.
      2. Blog commenting gives a 'Nofollow Link', so no use except spamming in the eyes of Google.
      3. Blog submission sites, again spamming
      4. Lot of time and patience required for this.

I heard Social bookmark is not valuable anymore. .. Forum posts, blogs, articles - yes

As @Mahesh Hegde mentioned, to comment with commentLuv plugin could be a good decision to get more backlinks to your new articles.

Besides, you can use benefits of guest blogging (but it works not for all niches + your website should look reliable), forum posts on popular forums of your niche, Q&A websites such as Quora (but there are many others). If you can make an infographic on popular topic in the right time (e.g. about Christmas traditions before Christmas or about some crippy facts about Helloween) it also will help you to receive valuable links from reputable websites.
