Hi

The site I bought has a google penalty for PURE SPAM - https://support.google.com/webmaster.../2604777?hl=en

The site is black-lotus-recs dot com

Can anyone explain what I need to change to recover from this penalty?

Remove old content by replacing with new one and then using
WT report to Google changes including new management

Update site to meet google webmaster guidelines. Connect the site to webmaster tools to get their requirements. If there are spam links, then you should disavow all bad links and start building fresh high quality links. Also updating the site regularly with good quality content.

When you make the changes and meet their site requirements, then submit site for reconsideration.
