Is Scrapebox still in business?

The Scrapebox website is not displaying and showing a DNS error for the past 24 hours.

I also can't get the Backlinks checker to work - it runs, but it always shows zero results and Moz isn't replying to email support about their API. Does anyone know if Scrapebox is still in business?

    It works for me, was running some scrapers for URLs yesterday and this morning.

    Edit: just ran it again, seems to work fine.

    Scrapebox is definitely still in business and updated often. Might just be having issues with their site.

    I'm having the same issue.
    I believe it's an issue with MOZ and not ScrapeBox

    I read this from another forum:
    "Moz have added https://www.incapsula.com to their server which is a firewall and it's blocking legitimate requests from some users. This was done after they lowered their limit from 1 million to just 25,000 lookups. I would suggest emailing them to see if your IP or API key can be whitelisted and not be blocked by their firewall."

    Thanks, everyone. I emailed them and received the same response that Peter posted regarding the backlink checker.

    The DNS issue might be related to ISP or Firewall or something like that. Will try on a different computer or library's wi-fi. It's weird that it only affects the Scrapebox site though.
