Domain redirecting to another domain

Hi
I recently bought a expired domain and when I put it into the moz search bar it says that it redirects to another website within my niche ?
however when I check in godaddy it says that forwarding and redirecting has not been set up on it and when I type it into the search bar it still goes to my godaddy page and not the page moz says it is redirecting too
I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to get rid of it and will this mean it has lost all of its power and TF to the domain its redirecting too making this domain I just bought useless?
