Content inventory list all links?

When doing a content inventory do I list ALL urls (including all the storage folders and etc) or do I just list the urls that are actually a webpage?

It's weird because each tool has a different number of urls for the same site. Screaming Frog reports 400 urls while Shark reports 1300 urls. I turned off external urls for both.

Thanks in advance for taking the time to answer my question.

    Are you using Wordpress?

If so, try the List All Urls plugin, which will give you a list of all of the website's published URLs.

No, it's an ecommerce website. I want to not include all the css and image urls for the inventory right?

Ah, I haven't got one of those, what about using a sitemap generator tool?

I think Frog is working ok. It's just a question of what I leave in and what I take out. I think I will take out all the Forum pages because it's an inventory. I also took out all the font and image folders.
