Definetely focus on getting more reviews on your Google Business Page.

Forbes has a few suggestions that are pretty good.

If you have an email list, asking your customers to fill out a review is a good idea. Depending on your competition, even if 10 people give you a positive review that could bump you up.

There are also paid tools you could use to get more reviews.

Hey Guys,Im so thankful for your suggestions.I did what you suggested.And now i am luckily have rankings in 3 pack.When you search the keyword "Landscaping maintenance in Goleta". I am now in 3 pack result.here is the screen shot 2016-05-15_0712 - mymarney's library .My website is sbevolutionlandscape.com So thankful for your kindness and suggestion.Thanks again guys.Your all did a good advice.

A couple things I noticed:

Your site is targeting Santa Barbara in the title tags but your business is actually in Goleta. I would change this to make sure the page is optimized for Goleta instead and you'll probably see an increase in ranking there.

Your site also needs a lot more content. If I look at the top-ranked business in Santa Barbara (Santa Barbara Landscaping | Down to Earth Landscapes, Inc.) they have a ton of pages describing each of their different services (look in the drop-down for "Landscaping Services") and you have all your services just listed on one page.

Hi Joy.I put my target keywords in the title tag which i believe it will easily rank if i put it in title tag ,which is like this (Santa Barbara Landscape Company - sbevolutionlandscape) and it really ranks well in organic result.But my target is at Snack Pack result.I believe is not necessary to change into Goleta.Since i already had good rankings in Goleta and i competing now for a ranking at snack Pack result in Santa barbara.Maybe the target keywords is very high competition. But its really a challenge to reach into the target position.I hoping that my link building works well to get the goal.

Google likes to show in the 3-pack companies that are located in the city for the 3-pack.

If you're in Goleta and want to be in the 3-pack in Santa Barbara, you can't, if Google knows of 3 competitors with offices in Santa Barbara with proper optimization.

To be shown for Santa Barbara, you'd have to either open a location in Santa Barbara or run all Santa Barbara competitors out of town.

Or how should i open new listing for Santa Barbara using physical address and phone number in my business in Goleta.I believe that it will be a duplicated if i used same adress and phone number which i used in Goleta.My problem is how to open new verified listing for Santa barbara location.What should i do?.

Open a location, rent space in someone else's location in the city where you want to rank. Then claim / create a Google page for that location.

Thanks for the reply DABK.Its really makes sense.I just did the competitors analysis recently, and i think you were right.All competitors rank in Snack pack result for the keyword targeted in Santa Barbara are all located in Santa Barbara. While my address at Goleta.That's why i only rank in snack for for the location of Goleta.

Of course user/customer reviews on Google+ business profile is a BIG plus to boost more clicks. But I wonder will it be a factor on securing a position in top 3 pack of Google local listings. I have noted there are businesses with lower number of reviews being on top, and the business with excellent reviews lie down on the list. That sounds the reviews is not the only factor the Google algo considers (but the human does

). I guess, the following to be considered to get into top 3 pack :
1. Completely filled profile with location and key services/products
2. Online visibility for the business profile (here the links pointing to the business's Google plus page play some role - I always up a vote for this fact based on my experience

)
3. Reviews on Google+ profile (may be??)
