I use just 2: Yoast SEO and All In One SEO Pack. Most people will probably lean towards Yoast, but I find both to give excellent results. I've found that Yoast causes conflicts with one or two other plugins, while AllInOne does not.

I go for Yoast and Add Meta Tags. Both are great and good for SEO, been using them for a long time on our sites.

Stop words will have no effect on your SEO Jon as SE's ignore them, you want to keep your URL's short and concise, while leaving in your targeted keywords, rewrite them as necessary to make them 'scan' better.

To edit the URL in Wp, use the edit button, it's just below the Permalink at the top of the Wysi editor.

Yoast SEO and All-in-SEO are the best plugins.

But after using both of them, I would prefer to use Yoast.

Most of the SEO guru's don't recommend SEO plugins. SEO is being done off-site now because Google is smart enough to recognize the elements the most important of your on-page SEO and it doesn't need a plugin.
Furthermore, I've noticed (and I have been advised by most of the reputable hosts) that these kind of plugins are just slowing down my website and increase the page load time.
