  • There are many factors in ranking a website. It could be a huge authority site but not ranking for what it should be if on-page SEO is bad.

You also want to analyze your competition, your site and your keywords to see exactly how you compare to sites actually ranking and what you would have to do in order to rank higher than them.

I can do this analysis for you, just contact me on skype: ThirdEyeSEO
  • There are many factors for ranking.
    1. check on-page issue
    2. proper keyword research
    3. Link build
  • High DA & PA does not mean higher ranking in search engines. You must have a strong back link profile to rank higher.

And the most important thing is the content on your site. Your site should offer real value to your visitors.
  • thanks all,but I have to think something is really wrong ,when i am not even in the majestic million, yet i am not being penalized .
  • DA means nothing. That is the authority of the blogger.com domain, not the authority of your blog post. Your post is just one of millions on an over-saturated domain.

If you do not take your own blog seriously enough to get it its own domain, why would Google take it seriously?

I get what your saying about owning a domain and paid host but webpages hosted on blogspot rank all day long the same as a paid domain/host.

As far as OPs DA/PA question, he's wasting his time worrying about DIY metrics that don't rank pages.

      That's a lot of activities.
  • what are the values your site offer to your visitors? I think this should be the most important content you should know first.
  • Google knows that the DA is of the domain not your blog which is a subdomain. I am sure your domain is http:/www.yourblog.blogspot.com. Google knows that your blog is on a free blogging platform (especially blogger since its a Google service). Subdomains tend to perform poorly in search as well. I recommend getting your own domain and change from the sub domain to your new domain. I am not sure if you are able to 302 a blogger sub domain to a new domain but when building links to sites such a .blogspot.com or .wordpress.com that is basically building links for Blogger and Wordpress.

    • Google doesn't give a rat's ass about DA. I'm sure they know it exists, but it's just a third party metric that's build to mimic their much more powerful metrics.
  • HIGH DA is because of the blogger blog, I would always advise you to start with your own domain name. But backlinks are what will make your website appear closely to #1

His DA is higher than his GPA.
