Adwords tracking problems?

Is anyone else having issues with their adwords campaigns?

I looked this morning at a campaign I started last night and there are not impressions whatsoever.

Just wondering if anyone is having the same issue?

Is it your first campaign? it can take day or 2 as Google manually reviews campaigns for new buyers as well as old to ensure that campaign provides good user experience
