Need informations about Sites getting banned...

Hi every dear member, and may blessed every human in world ever...
I am a link builder, do manual links building like Web 2 Creations, bookmarking, social media links, forums etc etc..
I use HMA(Ip changer) on my computer, but sites often get banned after working 1,2 years on my machine(laptop), plz guide me what to do other than HMA, so am able to continue my work fluently, its a big issue for me, also tell me more than 1 solutions, so I can adopt according to my pocket..thanks for all in advance and blessed..regards.
