Webpages Deindex In Google / GWT Showing 6month Old Removed Pages/ Most of the webpages ranked Out

I wants to know why my website reacting unnatural behavior.

Point1: Last week i index my website in google and its show 100+ pages, but now today when i check its showing only 58 pages
Point2: Google webmaster tool showing 6 month before deleted pages and showing 404
Point3: Most of the pages which i removed from website 6 month ago, showing in google index
Point4: Lost my ranking on targeting keywords ranking..
Can any one help me why my website not performing well
