  • Google's algorithm has not determined that it is relevant enough and/or important enough for the search query's that you want the page to come up for.
    You need to make it more "important" (ie backlinks)

    You've blasted and wasted heading tags (ex: <h1>, <h2>, <h3>, etc...) and not a single one is targeting a keyword anyone would ever search.

    That one major fail tells me you didn't even attempt to do anything else SEO related. I don't even need to look.
