Fast working Off-Page (temporary) SEO?

I'm looking for fast-working off-page SEO,
even if it's temporary.

I do not control the site.

I have one-of-a-kind custom auto's to sell.
I only need to promote these vehicles until
gone then on to a new page with different
keywords. Anyone have a best-method
to promote temporary stock to sell?

    Get into your cpanel and edit it.
    Fact is, there is no fast way to go about this
    unless if the keywords you pick are competition less.
    And i doubt if you will find any good keyword
    that doesn't have competition.

    You may want to list it on cragslist.

          Why SEO?

          If you want SEO, why not rank one page, list the 1st car on it, then, when that's gone, list the 2nd car (making sure you leave the SEO part there, unchanged)?

          The fastest way to rank: buy backlinks (the right kind). But... but... but... Your whole approach... Why not ads in the right places? You can get a sale minutes after the ad goes live.

        You're over thinking this... just build up a few very strong static pages and use internal links to rank the temporary product pages.

    I think the best way is to get automated backlinks from google, e.x. "50000 free backlink", alothough I don't advise you to do this if you want to do a long-term seo on your website.
