Mobile friendly website optimization

Two days back google introduced tool to mobile-friendliness of our blog. My blog has 99 % mobile friendly. But for both desktop and mobile loading speed are too low. So google tool indicates that "optimize Js and CSS files" in my blog. Am not a developer. I don't know how to fix this !! helps me friends
