Should I buy Expired domain which was hit by panda and penguin which has the same niche?

Hi everyone,
I found out an expired domain in my niche which has huge nofollow backlinks. It was hit by both panda and penguin in 2014 . I am planning to buy the domain and redirect it to my site. Should i buy that domain .Please help me !!!
