Google giving up here secrets?

Somehow, Google manages to keep banners in its content network from appearing when you search Google Images, right? How do they do that?

More importantly, is there a way (say, similar to the way I can use Google Web to search for "links:domain.com" and find all the back-links to a site) to use Google, or any other tool, to find all the banner ads a site is displaying?

How about, if I had a rough idea of the format of the banners' names?

    The banners are not considered part of the web site that google indexed. They usually leave out their own ads.

    You can find these banners by finding web sites that should display the banners based on their content.

    Basically you can use a search like "google_ad_client =" KEYWORD" (you would replace KEYWORD with your keywords or terms and then look through the results.

      Thanks, but I have no idea what the keyword might be as I have no idea what the advertisement would be advertising - the only think I have is a partial name for the banner file itself.
