Why does my website have different URL's

Ive just done a google search to see which of my pages are indexed by google.

After trying the following google searches it seems like some of my pages start with 'www.' and some do not, could someone explain this?

site:web-developmenthub.com
site:Web Development Hub

Also could this affect my SEO

        Did you do the 301 redirect that's recommended at the bottom of the Google Help page?


        Note: Once you've set your preferred domain, you may want to use a 301 redirect to redirect traffic from your non-preferred domain, so that other search engines and visitors know which version you prefer.
        BTW, the SERPs take time to update, Google has to try (301 redirect) and reindex all the pages/URLs showing in the SERPs.
